Located in Fresno County, The Shops of Firebaugh sits on heavily traveled State Route 33 (SR 33) and was an excellent opportunity for service/retail and/or restaurant tenants. With 3± acres available on the city’s main corridor, we were able to secure an Autozone and a Family Dollar store for the property, bringing jobs to the area and an increase of tax revenue to benefit the community.
